Annelize’s career to date summaries 24 years of service in steel industry (marketing and sales), with a background in steel and wire exports and tertiary education in Marketing and Human Resources. On a personal level she sees herself as highly driven, motivated, dependable and hard working. She feels privileged for the opportunity she had had to work at steel manufacturers that allowed her to utilize her experience and gather specific skills. Annelize strongly focuses on teamwork, mutual respect and building business relationships with customers, colleagues, managers and suppliers as primary tools for business success. She feels teamwork is a very important and effective way to solve problems and increase productivity and believes in the moto TEAM as “Together Everyone can Achieve More”.

Thembelihle is a motivated, passionate and hard-working Health and Safety Advisor who always strives to achieve the best possible. As an HSE Officer, her primary objective is to impart the fullest of her abilities in ensuring that all the people involved in the company comply with the health, safety, and environmental protocols.
